Yes, weird culture - very Christian, but overall nice people
C4: a lot has changed in the last 2 years. JB as CEO, Omnicom Acquisition being the keys.
But I do think a lot of our culture focuses are rooted in values consistent with the Christian faith.
I’ve worked at Credera for 6 months and I haven’t seen any hint at this being a “Christian-focused” firm whatsoever. Our CEO is pretty progressive from what I’ve seen so far. Maybe this was the case in the past, but it definitely isn’t the case anymore. These are some of the most intelligent consultants and engineers I’ve worked with in my career, and the quality of delivery I’ve seen so far has been very impressive.
Run, lol
Current Crederian. Most of the comments below were true about 2 to 3 years ago with our former CEO. New CEO (Justin Bell) has a different path.
Definitely still a lot of folks who all go to the same church there in Dallas, but that's a lot of the old guard.
I'd say our values/culture still align with typical religious doctrines (humility, respect, etc.). Not to be the person who says "but I have black friends!", but for example for the Nov 20th Transgender Day of Remembrance, we had an employe send out a company wide email talking about herself and her transition and her work within Credera's Open Pride group. A few years ago, that wouldn't have been allowed at all.
Realize this is a bit old, but happy to answer any specific questions!
Nope

Yea nice people
It’s a “Christian focused”, Dallas-based consulting firm although they were just acquired a year or two ago. It seems decent and they truly value their people from the people I know who work there. I believe they also do like company wide trips?
No, the leaders or founders of the firm all attended a mega church called Watermark in Dallas.
Different ‘path’ 😂 you sound outta world man
This still cracks me up 🤣
