There are a few roles going in the Portfolio/ change delivery management area but with no salary bands disclosed I’m struggling to find the will to apply as, from previous experience, when there’s no salary band advertised it’s a case of low balling candidates

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls.
