In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

I am planning to start IUI cycle this summer and have booked Pfizer vaccine mid April. Two questions (note I recently recovered from Covid so have antibodies)

1) Have unverified maybe misconception that vaccines affect fertility. Any opinions on this? My developing country family is freaking out and suggesting I vaccinate after I get pregnant.

2) My donor is fully vaccinated and did Pfizer, another rumor that it’s better that parents have same vaccine? Is this true?

How would someone coming from mostly retail wireless sales get into the tech sales industry? I have been a top performer in every sales job that I have had since I started my career almost 10 years ago. I don't have a degree which I feel might be keeping me from getting my foot in the door but I know I would be amazing in this field. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you.
