Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. I’m in Ontario but looking for Insight from anywhere in Canada.
We have a vaccine proof or (-) test policy for our office, we are mostly still remote. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections? I feel that our duty to keep employees safe at work means we should keep our policy in tact. (Masking is still required in all indoor spaces so that won’t change)

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa.
