I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Our native place is Coimbatore. My Husband is working in Cognizant Coimbatore and he will moving to one of the product based company in Coimbatore next month. I have got joining bonus and if I resigned before April 2022. I have to pay the entire bonus and within one year I am not willing to switch also.
