My CTC is 9.2L. Having almost 4exp in python backend development. How many i can demand and how is the market for python backend role. Any thoughts!!

Cognizant - 18.7LPA (18Fixed +0. 7 variable)
TCS + 19.5LPA (including fixed , variable and retention bonus)

Wipro - 20LPa ( including fixed and variable)

Any thoughts on food (fast casual) and/or lifestyle franchises that are at present, underrated, but well position for growth in the next decade?
