Anyone in here got a TN Visa from Canada to US for a consultant role at Accenture within past couple years? Seen some nice roles but seeing that they won’t sponsor. I get the impression some employers don’t consider TN visa a sponsorship, so just wondering what’s their take on it.

Interviewing for BCG PL role as an experienced hire. Have Bain experience post MBA for 2 years and 2 years with industry after that. Want to go back to consulting but different geography. Was told 4 interviews in total. I am now waiting for my 6th interview schedule. 5th interview was with head of region. Is this process normal ? All interviewers were with partners. Should I even have any hopes or are they just exploring. Would be helpful if someone has been through experienced hiring at BCG.
