Hello all, I have received an offer from tiger Analytics for Data Scientist role. Kindly suggest if I should join the company in the recent events of layoffs and recession?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

I’m currently clerking in a Fed. District Court and have been applying to a bunch of Circuit courts but nothing seems to stick. Would anyone be willing to look over my materials to check for typos/errors?

I freelanced for an agency as an art director for 6 months and recently got hired FT. I am struggling with imposter syndrome on a daily basis but manage to get great feedback from the creative directors continuously but still feel the same way. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

What is reasonable or competative salary for family person in Singapore cost of living onwards.
Is 9k a good salary after tax for 4 members. It can be considered that school cost would be 2.5k, and house 2.5k. will the overall cost for month can come under 7.5 k ? It realistic or just illusion ?
