Hi All..Im SAP BASIS HANA consultant yoe 7.5.Holding offer from TCS 23LPA and I also had offer from NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for 28LPA. As per the interview it seemed to completely a HANA DBA role for Europe project.
Can someone please suggest how is WLB in NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (earlier itelligence). thank you

Guy who very very vaguely resembles Tom Hanks insists he isn't. Then I keep insisting he is.

I am presently working in cognizant with 3 YOE . My current CTC is 6.4 LPA and I am also holding an offer from other company with 11 LPA. Can anyone help me how much CTC I can ask in Oracle while HR discussion.

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

Submitted documents with capgemini for business data analyst, data strategy delivery group( capgemini invest) ,8.1 YOE. Already have an offer of 24 ctc from wipro. Before the interview i told my expectation as 30CTC. Will recruiter now lowball me? And how much would be variable pay %

Boeing - 35(Verbal offer after countered them with lucidworks offer).

Now with freshworks, last round is pending.
Let me know what would be better.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.

All the while the consulting project is built on a half thought out rushed tech stack/architecture? Meanwhile tech companies expose their employees to best in bread tech stacks? What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models?
