This is purely conjecture. I was at Cap and left when I hit manager. I'm also basing my current numbers off of what my friends of each level were making. Just know that Cap pays a good bonus (10%, 15%, 20% respectfully to each role). The 200k base will hit around Director (very confident on this).
It might be more in the digital practice than the one I was in.
I was in the digital space and yes those salary ranges are fairly accurate. The bonus % is actually higher at D and so are the salaries which makes sense since the bill rates are on avg double that of Cap.
Capgemini also doesn’t pay for lunch
Does Cap Gemini still exist? I thought they disappeared years ago
Depends if you are technical or not.
Senior Con: 80k-100k
Manage: 100k-130k
SM: 130k-170k
Yes. I’m technical. This is for their digital practice. The numbers you posted, EY1, seem low. Is it that bad?
These numbers are way lower than D (where I’m at now) but the bonuses are also lower too.
Thanks for the info!
I talked with a recruiter today for manager role he said would be around 130k
Also their levels go —> Con, Sr Con, Mgr, Sr Mgr, Principal, VP. Principals probably make similar to Sr mgrs at Deloitte.
Their lowest level is con? I was looking at their senior manager requirements and it was only 5-10 years of experience too, which is surprisingly low
Yep. Their mgr level is prob = to Sr Con at D. I know Sr cons at D who make more than some Mgrs at Cap
It also depends on your city
Just join EY. It’s a better CAPGEMINI. I know because I’ve worked for both firms
M1 still? I thought they changed that?
That could have changed. We had to pay for lunch when I was there
They still don’t pay for lunch
Sheesh
SMs can definitely go over $200k. Heard of this only with experienced hires
