By working more hours, and not letting my mind to waver on topics I cannot control..
Definitely healthy!
Unfortunately the year is only going to get worst. Try and focus on all the good things in your life and treasure what you have. If you feel like you don’t have much to be thankful for, than set goals and focus on attaining the goals. You control your own happiness and can do this!

Try taking up a new hobby or pastime :) doesn’t have to be something intense and you don’t have to be good at it! Just something you can dedicate time to and something to break away from the normal routine. I’ve been playing tennis after work lately and it’s really helped!

Why full of despair? Are you worrying about things you cannot control?
I started playing volleyball at my local gym! I’ve met a lot of really nice people and have gotten marginally better, but most importantly, I’m always really excited to go and play

No.
Yes I’m constantly anxious
Worry about the things I can control, prepare for the things I can’t. If I can’t control or prepare, then trying breathing and self hypnosis to let it go esp before bedtime.
