Not positive, but I heard roughly $125k base plus $125k bonus as a first year... so TC broadly in line with a strong C2, but carry potential once VP/Principal

$250 all in

I work at "FairWay Furniture" right out of undergrad I was placed on team X where the salary is 70k and more in line with what I studied in college. About six months in, my org went through a restructure and I was moved to team Y that is more technical and thus makes ~85k. I have been told my salary will not change until my next review 6 months away. I feel that I should be paid according to my team. WWYD and how do I approach this situation? Definitely would not recommend fairWay...

Currently an A3 in audit. My team communicated to me that they’re pushing for me to get mid-year promo (Jan 2022) but I’m also interested in leaving to another Big 4 for AAS as an S1. Current salary is $73.6k and am unsure of how much I should be going for to make the jump worth it. I know EY FAAS offered a friend $85k in my market but assuming I get mid year promo I’m not so sure the salary bump would be significant enough. How much room for negotiation is there with Big 4 experienced hires?

Hi Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable. 11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA? I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity. Told recruiter that my min salary expectation is $185k. As I’ve gotten to know more about the job, I’m less keen about it and need more $$ assurance. How do I handle this without pissing them off. Thx

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
