Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

I interviewed a while ago but it was pretty fun. I had a panel of 5 or so people interview me. They asked me to design a web app around one of my interests, and then set priorities, monetization strategy, and growth targets for the app, define what we’re quick wins we should target first for maximum value, and stuff like that.
Then they had one of the interviewers go to another room and we roll played a customer ordering a burger. I had to document the customers requirements (condiments, temperature, bread, etc) and then the other interviewer came back and I needed to convey the customer’s order to him and my “chef” would push back with what ingredients we actually had available and how we could meet the spirit/letter of the customer’s requirements.
I’m not sure mine was typical. I had interned with Kaiser for two years and was interviewing within another team. They ended up going with someone who could start immediately, since I was still in school at the time.
Just be creative and be thorough! It’s similar to a typical market case, but more product focused.
