Anyone know where i can take Tennis lessons in the midtown area?

 I heard a commercial on the radio for Verizon that said something to the effect that parents are now learning how to lesson plan. Are any of you off the hook for lesson planning? Just wondering because I’m over here busting my butt!

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. Any lessons learned or success stories about career slowdowns?

High school special class (self-contained) teachers: What do you use for planning? I’ve always been an inclusive teacher, so I followed the plan book of my co-teacher. I can’t even decide if I should go digital or paper-based let alone make a final decision! I’ll be teaching 9-11th grade math and 11th grade science. The 11th grade classes I can very much do whatever I (or the student) want/need…there isn’t a set curriculum

I’m looking at lessons with a pro. They offer packs of 30 min (6-pack) and 60 min (3-pack) sessions. Is there a benefit to one over the other? Is 30 too short or 60 too long?

I have accepted an offer for the role of Director of Data Science & Analytics and I'll be working with old colleagues. I am very excited. I haven't given notice yet because I am waiting for the background check to complete, but my boss just asked me about traveling to a meeting in November. I start at the new job Oct 25. I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?
