i adore my ad partner, but sometimes i feel as though they tend to overstep. i’m new to the industry and the role, so i’m not sure how involved an ad should be in the writing process. i genuinely believe that they are just trying to be as helpful as possible but sometimes I feel like by not allowing me to work through things on my own it can stifle my growth. i’m not sure how to approach this situation or if i’m looking at it the wrong way. any advice?
