I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I’m only 13w2 days so I think it’s way to early for buying stuff, but I did mention we hired a baby nurse for when the baby comes. My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way. I feel really bad about it 🙁
