Anyone start a new job remotely and have tips to feel more integrated into the team/agency? I left my previous agency of 7 years and am now 3 months into a new gig but feel really disconnected, especially now that work is picking up. Team/agency culture used to be what got me through busy periods but having trouble finding that now. Lots of video calls and 1 on 1s to check in but still siloed in my home office. We all work remote from different states so going into our NY office seems pointless.
