Anyone taken maternity leave in Big Law and then in-house? Considering a move to a FAANG and curious how the experience compares in terms of ramp off, coverage, how it was respected, etc. My Big Law maternity leave was surprisingly great and well respected, though not as long as some peer firms offer.
