Anyone who attended the Cognizant interview on 20th Dec have you received any update yet?

I had an interview scheduled on Friday 2nd Dec for Teradata developer. I completed my technical interview. Interviewer told me he would connect with me soon. I wanted to know how many rounds of interview would be there?

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Currently self employed for a year to work on investing. Do I literally need a partner level referral to get back into Audit? I thought there was an accountant shortage.
