Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience. I have been transitioned to work on only Salesforce related items with the company’s Salesforce Admin. When I asked my boss about a title change, however, they said that it’s doable but want to wait until performance reviews so they can couple it with a pay increase. As nice as this sounds I feel like It’s BS.

I started a new job just 7 weeks ago, but an opportunity for a dream job just suddenly and unexpectedly fell into my lap! With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?
