Anyone work at the A&M office in Charlotte?

Currently I have 6.5 years of experience, completed 2 years in current organisation and I got very good hike also (after hike CTC is 24 LPA )
And my manager got changed also but I am frustrated with my new Manager.
should i start preparing for next/better Company like Amazon, Microsoft ?

I am a nodejs backend developer (4 yeo). I am not interested in front end and becomig a fullstack.
I want suggestion on what additional skills i should acquire that will help me in my career.

I am .net developer basically developed window and web application with the help of vb.net,c#,Asp.net MVC,html,jquery,css,bootstrap, sql server.

Yoe 6yrs not getting much calls , also if getting calls in technical not getting selected.

Does anyone here work for any public accounting firms in the Charlotte area with a decent work life balance? I am looking to go somewhere where I can focus on a few clients for longer periods of time rather than constantly bouncing around.
