Hi..I have a techie situation... I need to return my former company's PC laptop (I work remote), and have some personal files on it that I've already copied, but want to remove. My login is not working any longer therefore I cannot access the system.

Any other first year associates feel like their firms don’t really appreciate how much COVID/WFH has stunted their development? I got a decent offer from a competitive company ( in my domain ) and my current company countered that. I revoked my resignation and got the team internally changed, but still I am not liking the work. The other company work is better as per my analysis. I am planning to resign again as the other company is ready to match( better in a few aspects ). Will this be a good decision?

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
