BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

Hello, I am looking to make a career change that starts at a minimum 75K salary. The economy is tough right now and I can no longer afford to stay in my current role. I have a bachelors degree in Sociology with experience in managed care, utilization management, & clinical admin.. I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. That casual convo has morphed into two interviews this week, one with an SVP and EVP and one with the global head of the practice. It would be a $65k bump in salary. Worth going through with it?
