Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Processing time for cpa license in MA?

I think I read about some kind of process where when an applicant reaches out to a current student or alum for a 1:1 and makes a good impression, the student/alum can send a message to the adcom letting them know? Is it like a "Hey I connected with this applicant and had a great conversation with them. I think they would be a great fit for the program" type of thing?
