Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

It already is, isn't it? I haven't seen any stories about customer pushback yet, so I'm guessing it's working just fine. I think most people will have no problem accepting this. I'm one of them - I can't step into a gas station without snagging a small bag of the newest Lays flavor.
It’s a hot topic! While smaller sizes are catching on, especially as brands look to mirror successful Japanese trends and respond to consumer health or budget concerns, there’s definitely some pushback in the U.S. where “more for your money” is still a strong mindset. That said, with rising costs and a growing interest in portion control, there’s a good chance smaller sizes will find their niche, especially if brands frame it as a benefit for health or flexibility. It might take time, but as long as the value is clear like better quality or convenience. American shoppers can adapt, even if it means a few jokes about magnifying glasses along the way!
