Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

In our office, you need a degree to be hired and licensure to make the promotion from PM to Associate. Hope that helps.
Interesting. I thought that way was obsolete now. Thank you for the insight
I've met PMs who have degrees in the most unrelated fields to construction as possible (i.e education, photography, nursing), and some design managers who have no degrees at all but came with good experience from a construction trade background. It's mostly going to come down to the company you apply to but if you want to be taken seriously maybe look at doing the pmq examination from the apm and if you want to take it further become a chartered member (Chpp). It would open doors in other industries that need PMs as well as other professions such as a product manager.
