Are supply chain roles mostly remote?

It depends on what area you're in. If you're working on an administrative role, remote could be an option. But if your job requires you to travel to client facilities, inspecting the quality of the goods delivered, or you're driving one of the trucks, then definitely not remote.

In my case this is the case, but I assume that it depends on each company and the work performed by each one.

Most of the roles can be done remotely, but the logistics work needs more presence in the office due to time and coordination issues.
