Are there any advantages of interviewing over Skype/zoom for MBB vs in-person? Just for example - Case interviews typically use frameworks, what if you have the print outs in front of you...lol?

Anyone got any advice on recruiters? Do they actually add much value, or are you better off going direct to the big consultancies?

Bridge between Customer Support and Product Design?

Hiya! I am in the final round of interviews at an EdTech platform for a role that is the bridge between the Customer Support and UX/Product Design teams. I act as that bridge in my current role but on a more informal basis because it is a smaller company.

How long is current hiring freeze for?

I interviewed for a job a month ago. A few weeks after the interview, I was told my feedback was good, but the company was evaluating all positions at the company at this time. Our nurse has an email group of our states school nurses that she can bounce ideas off, or ask questions etc. Is there anything like that for secretaries? Teachers are keen to share how they handle things in their classrooms, but every school does attendance, has messages that need to be relayed thru the day, all these things going on, I just always wonder how it's handled elsewhere. Moving across to London later this year to work at PwC. At the time of the offer, my research of the TC seemed reasonable. Now I’m thinking it’s lower than the current market. What’s the general TC range for a senior associate at PwC?

Taking leave during probation period? Joining as a consultant at a large firm but will be on probation period for 5 months. Since it’s summer time, this is obviously when I’d love to travel and take 2-3 days off in a month. Would that be acceptable or best to sit tight until probation is over?
