Are there less open positions for SAP consultants now a days, I have been observing that as soon as one jobs gets posted, more than 500+ applicants apply for the same job, how many of them really gets a call from HR? Was this the situation like before?
All HR ask for immediate joining, and all MNCs now a days have 90 days notice period.

I got a offer from HCL.

I have given joining date of my previous company with a difference of 1 week and submitted joining form.

Will there be any issue in BGV.

I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
