Are y'all having any luck filling positions? I swear I've been out of work for some months now but I've only have two interviews. I got one job but they weren't offering enough and with the other, they never got back to me. I'm pretty much open for any job offering 16 and up withing my skill set ofc. Any advice on ways of applying that aren't typical and have worked for you? The online stuff seems to be unreliable.

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
