This is a pretty nice article on promoting a healthy work environment: https://www.traliant.com/blog/4-ways-managers-can-build-positive-work-environment/

Talk to them, listen to their feedback, and take it seriously. Respect them and reward them for their accomplishments. Be receptive and act like a leader, not like a boss.

I can recommend you few books on how to be a better leader, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, Good to Great, Start With Why

Consider checking some of these out too https://www.lifehack.org/872361/best-management-books

One of the key ways to ensure that a team is happy, working more effectively, and increasing productivity is by creating an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and respected.

I strive to create a sense of purpose by setting clear goals that bring meaning to their work; this ultimately helps foster high morale amongst my team members.

Providing development opportunities such as training or career growth initiatives will help employees grow professionally while feeling supported by the organization.

As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.
