Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??
They asked for all documents for releasing offer letter. After uploading that, they sent BGV links which was completed way back in April. Now its June, still i am waiting for Offer Letter. Recruiter not receiving calls! Ghosted by the firm or these things happen at the firm regularly? Wipro

Good for you, setting boundaries is so important if you want to keep a healthy work/life balance. I personally enjoy getting outside for a walk when I'm finished for the day and listening to either an audiobook, a YouTube video, or a podcast to help shift my headspace into relaxation mode. Once I've done that, I'm usually able to avoid jumping back into work for the remainder of the evening.
Be done when you are done with work. If I do see a message or something, ignore it until I’m back the next day. Somebody told me the work isn’t going anywhere, will still be there when you come back tomorrow and I really needed to put that into action for myself. Set boundaries that work for you and stick with them.
If I’m in office, reading/listening to a book on my commute home can really help me switch off of work mode. When I’m wfh I usually try to get out to the gym as soon as my shift finishes, then when I get back I’m ready to relax into the evening.
It’s definitely a good idea to switch off after when work is finished, there may be a setting on your phone that can separate your working emails/calls from your private ones, so there’s no way for you to see anything relating to work and leave your mind overthinking about work.
It can be really hard to switch off and relax. It has taken me years to learn how to do that. But now when I am off work I truly do not want to think about work and it has become easier to turn it off. I think you have to focus your mind on other things.
