I have a offer for a financial analyst level in one of the manufacturing company Emcure Pharmaceutical at 7.5LPA.
I have been interning at a Singapore start up Chainlabs for 3 months and now they have offered me 14LPA.
Which one should I choose?

My concerns/PoV-
Emcure is a company in India while Chainlabs is in Singapore so once I switch from Chainlabs or in any instance, I try to work for an Indian company, would it be easy to work in Indian company on same tech?

I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?
