At 14 years, what is the ideal role, level at Accenture or is it just based on previous role?

I am a manager with a masters in education. I’m debating leaving for a 1 or 2 year MBA but is it worth it? I know many people who get MBAs to be in the position that I’m already in. Thoughts?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.
