I knew my project was about to end in April"22, hence I started looking out & made an exit this month. Also they were coming up with "Back to office from 1 january" Emails, which further made it necessary to exit.
I have read that they have a No fire policy at EY India, do they not allow employees to stay on bench for a while?
Threats ,PIP, random placement in project in which you don't have expertise. I have seen MBA grads forced to learn Java related technologies 🤣
