Tomorrow is my LWD. Till now I have only got a mail from HR saying congrats and salary annexure attached.
HireRight bgv was also started 8 days ago.

The HR keeps saying you will recieve it today EOD everyday, but no offer letter till now.

Any suggestions? Is this common?

Received offers from both BCG and McKinsey. All things given, the compensation and benefits are pretty equal. Suggestions on how I should pick one?

Ratings on three projects - 3,2,2. Utilization - 90%... Proposal hours - 15... Firm activities - 43 hrs... I then get a YE rating of 4 😕 ... How worried I should be regarding the layoffs???
