Associate to consultant in the US

Are you saying to come over as an A1? Or you came to BCG as an A1?
Id rather come over as a C1 lol
Might be possible OP, what experience have you got? Also consider the downside of coming over as a C, gives you a shorter runway to make PL
I'd come into the TA group. 4 years of tech experience. How long do I have at the C level before up or out kicks in
24 months, with the decision point being around 18 months. Starting from a (sr) A position makes the route more comfortable in my opinion. At the cost of 1 year lower pay
Do you have a MBA? If not, you will most likely not be coming in as a consultant. Standard time is 2 years, but can be a bit before or after that
Okay so what's the benefit of coming in as a senior vs associate? Or associate vs senior? Don't have an MBA
Sr Associate just means slightly shorter runway to C, and maybe marginally higher salary
