Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.
What’s the WLB like? Good job security?

God has already answered you. Sometimes we don’t like the answer.
What is the more Christian path or decision?
Lots of scripture around this, praying for you.
Personally, God always knew what was best for me whether a prayer was answered directly or indirectly.
Some good verses in here: https://waynestiles.com/blog/5-reasons-god-doesnt-answer-your-prayers?hs_amp=true
The whole “no answer is an answer” simply isnt true. It’s supported nowhere in scripture. What is supported is the need to consecrate ourselves to hear from the lord. Jesus had to slip away to pray on a mountain away from society and even through the night to connect with the Father. I suggest that you do the same: turn off every distraction, take quality time not just to pray but sit in silence and listen. Luke 18:1 teaches us to pray and not give up. So don’t take silence as an answer, press in.
I would also recommend a Godly counselor as you did not give specifics.
Having someone that knows you and your environmental needs would be helpful for you as you navigate this question and answer.
Your relationship with God is not centered around this one question (based on what I know).
He’s your shepherd, he’s your father and he wants what’s best for you. He can see your lather better than you.
The answer could be right in front of you and may be missing it. That’s why the answer may not be enough ….wisdom may be at work here too.
Good luck 🍀
Tough place to be in for sure! In times like these the last thing I want is another sermon or another prayer etc… but I have learned that this is the time to press in more. To be honest with God about my pain and frustration in prayer. To focus on gratitude and remain obedient. I pray that you receive your breakthrough soon. Know that you are loved and worthy!
It's well. You're not alone, I comfort myself in the fact that he always directs my path to an expected end.
Praying for you 🙏
