A recruiter's message means very little. Interview and see what sort of an actual offer you can get, then make a decision.
Going into the office should not factor in to anything, especially if it’s only 2 days. Think long term and choose what is best for what you want to do long term

Interview, what do you have to lose. You can always say no. And you may not even get it
you need to create a long-term goal. After you've decided what you want to eventually become, pursue the job that will best put you in a position to achieve that goal. Short term comp bumps are great but shouldn't be the only relevant factor.
Only concern would be do you think your ready for a manager role with only 3 YOE? You already job hopped to get senior, with less than 1 YOE, if the manager role doesn't work out, your resume would tell an interesting story.
