Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

It sounds like all of your experience is in food service. You could try bouncing over to retail, but working a cash register at Walmart or Albertson's is just as hard as it is in a restaurant, if not more so. You may want to ply your varied experience in catering or event planning, possibly with the local conventions organization.
Just make sure you have work life balance.. try to get into managment

I have an interview with a POS company (its sales) and I am currently signed up and taking Coursera classes to get certifications in data analytics. I’m also going to look into getting a certification to be a travel consultant.
Hospitality and sales is just a different version of customer service. It does suck that every place needs you to have experience but you can’t get experience if no one will hire you BUT in my cover letters for each job I put how my skills in hospitality can cross over.
But ya…probably gonna have to take come courses to get an accreditation for something
