Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

I get so frustrated and annoyed when people make stupid common sense mistakes and I think it’s starting to affect my relationships. Don’t really know what to do.

Since disconnecting with past stories my reality has drastically bent. My stories programmed my reality, attracting what I told myself I was/wasn't.
