Context: 2 YOE, San Francisco
1. Consulting - 150k, fully remote, stagnant growth but easy to make a ton of money and get promoted, would probably move to MCOL if I take this role
2. Big Tech - 165k, in office role and opportunity to learn a lot and grow, great team and benefits

Are the economy parking lots at ORD still open? Asking for my parents who will be traveling from the suburbs to the airport, and prefer to drive their own car.

I am thinking of resigning from my company due to toxic work culture and no work life balance.
I need to know the notice period.
I am currently in probation period and there is still 1 month left for my probation to end.
In my offer letter it is mentioned that any probationary employee should give 1 month written notice before leaving. So I am confused if it is 90 days or 1 month.

I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
