Being offered 110K base + ~40K per year (for 4Y) in Google stock at a corp role - Have been with McK for 3.5 years (BA and now as an Assoc).
I feel it's low. Any thoughts?

I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?
