Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

having some period like bleeding (less than moderate bleeding) at 11 weeks with no cramps. my doctor can’t see me until next week. have any of you experienced this with a normal pregnancy and proceeded to carry to term ? nipts was all normal.

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. Nurse says retrieval to happen tentatively around 18th Dec but then transfer can take place in early February too considering genetic testing takes weeks. Is this the norm? Just fearing the team is not unnecessarily delaying things owing to holiday break.
