Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

The only other real risk is time / commitment / physical investment in the process. I wouldn’t call them risk so much as considerations. IVF is a major commitment but if $ not an issue, at that age I would just go full force into IVF personally.
Also, my docs said that elevated cancer risk with ivf has only been shown to be statistically significant after 5 or 6 ivf rounds, generally.
I should just save this comment on my clipboard I find myself repeating it so much here:
I would ALWAYS go straight to IVF. I have four friends who wasted precious time & $ on IUIs and it didn’t work for any of them. 3/4 had success with IVF.
I went straight to IVF at 39. The cost was daunting but was more tolerable than the thought of wasting precious time when my eggs weren’t getting any younger.
Took 2 rounds and now I’m nursing the result. Don’t get discouraged it is a lot of meds etc but soon this part will be a distant memory
I did it prior to pregnancy during IVF 😬 Heading back from mat leave in a month we’ll see how it goes.
My former boss (CMO in tech industry) was a great mentor. She has gone thru IVF and became a mom. She just accepted a new CMO role at 2 months pregnant with her second embryo transfer! Her advice was give yourself grace, separate home/family from work (family takes priority), commit to less, hire well and delegate like your life depends on it.
After 3 losses, I went straight to IVF, didn't do IUI. The ovarian stimulation phase for egg retrieval was challenging but got through it and was eventually able to get PGT-A testing done on 5 embryos. 3 of those were euploid and were frozen. I had 8 weeks of progesterone and estradiol injections and am now 11w pregnant after frozen embryo transfer. Yes this was an expensive time commitment but completely worth it so far!
