I've got offer from Dunnhumby, Fractal and Gartner for the role of Data engineer. Which one should I go for?

Tech Stack - Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and Synapse analytics.
YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

What’s the norm as far as bonuses to first years, particularly in V20 firms? Everyone seems to be happy with my work, a well respected partner is “impressed,” but there’s no way I’ll hit bonus hours. I’ve done some pro bono but just was not given much work the first few months and still am not swamped, which I am enjoying. I’ve heard whispers that all first years get bonuses. I’d assume it depends on the overall market and firm specifically but just wondering if there’s a norm among V20.

What is advance monthly performance bonus in hcl ?
Is this variable component only ?
In offer letter it is mentioned that it will be" restricted for first year of employment " what does it mean

When the IRS (e.g., a RO/AO/Examiner) calls or writes a letter… How do you verify that it’s really the IRS and not a scam? I’m new to tax law and I’m worried that I’m going to respond to/answer a scam and give away client info (or my own tax preparer info). I don’t think my worry is unfounded due to the tremendous amount of tax/IRS scam out there but it would be nice to hear from some of y’all so that I’m not so worried about it…

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. How normal is it to be pulled off a trial team because you tell your boss you are moving after trial? I have a trial coming up first week of Oct. This case has been my baby, and I’m going to try it with my boss. Anyone else feel like the markets always conspire against them? I.e. I have a “fun money” day trading account and bought two stocks about a year ago. Sold them because they weren’t doing anything and I found a more attractive investment and then they’re up literally 60% over the next three days after a year of 0 movement.
