My 5yr old son and 3 yr old daughter love watching Ryan’s World videos. My son said it will be awesome if Ryan can come to our church. I’m not sure if Ryan is a Christian. I told my son that we should pray that Ryan will get to know Jesus and he could one day come to our church. Now Ryan and his family is included in our prayer every night before going to sleep. I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. Question to immigrants with parents overseas.
