Best strategy for negotiating salary? My partner will most likely receive a job offer this week (manager wants to hire but wanting on HR to make the official offer) and neither of us have been great at negotiating salaries in the past. Any advice would be helpful!

Foreign LLM student here. I plan to take the NY bar exam in February. I’m thinking of taking a bar prep course (most likely Barbri). They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take?
