Me and my partner are not sure whether we want to have kids . Sometimes we want to and the next day we are completely against the idea . The reason we want to have kids is that we want to grow our inner circle , have more people in this world who we can call our family. And we don’t want to have kids is that it will put extra pressure on us , less freedom for next 10-15 years. Wanted to understand why people have kids or don’t have kids . Our industry needs to change the way it does recruiting. We make it impossible for people to apply directly to agencies. Relying on employee referrals gets good "culture fits" at the cost of diversity

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
