I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

You could do an AI boot camp if you really wanted to do a boot camp. However, I’m not sure what kind of ROI you could realistically expect from one of those either.
Data and AI are hiring a bunch out of boot camps. You need to find a good one. Do your research. Don't just choose the boot camp that is "close and cheap".
Further, The market is moving too quickly for university curricula to keep up. So the best scenario is to get a degree and do a boot camp your senior year BEFORE you get internships. The university teaches you how to learn, the boot camp teaches you very specialized and up-to-date knowledge to give you an edge over others.
Just do the hard work (uni + boot camp + internship is really fking hard) when you're young, it is way more difficult to catch up once you are 5-10 years out from school.

Yeah I’m 6 years out of school! But this is good advice, I will tell my brother who still in college!

If you are like me who thrive in accountability environment, Learn best with peers. I would say go for it.
Self paced study are available but one needs lot of focus and self determination.
Boot camps aren't as useful as they used to be, but they aren't completely useless either as long as you find the right one. What is going to matter most is that you don't just use the boot camp for learning, but that you use it in every way possible for networking opportunities. Get to know the teachers, ask them to suggest meet ups or conferences, meet as many people as you can.

Bootcamps feel weaker now unless paired with prior experience or strong portfolios. Self-directed projects, open-source contributions, and employer-sponsored learning seem to carry more weight today.
