Boston Consulting Group I have been applying to the role of SA in healthcare however my profile is getting rejected. I have over 3 yoe and have worked with pharma industry for all the time on commercial excellence areas. What I want to understand is what sort of skill set do they look into while evaluating a resume? In the JD all they asked for was strong problem solving ability and such generic stuffs. But what I am unsure is what sort of metrics do they look into while evaluating a profile.

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out.
